How Brazilian Girly Started
I’ve always loved anything that celebrates my country, our culture, food, people, and language. Growing up, I noticed that these special items were often only available in Brazil. I wanted to share that connection with the world, so I decided to start Brazilian Girly.
Many of the products I sell are items I personally own and cherish. I realized that there must be other Brazilians who would enjoy them, or people with Brazilian friends, partners, or family members who would appreciate a thoughtful, meaningful gift.
There’s something truly comforting about having a little piece of home, a reminder of our roots, or a touch of Brazilian culture in our daily lives. That’s exactly what I hope to bring with Brazilian Girly.

Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you notice any issues with your order, including misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please submit a problem report within 30 days of receiving your product. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense. For packages lost in transit, all claims must also be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Returning Products:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments:
If a shipment is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed shipments returned to us will require you to cover the cost of reshipping.
Standard Return Process:
To start a return, contact us at braziliangirlyshop@gmail.com. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
